Better known as the Limadia Estate is the home of the scholar family, the Vidwals. The family made a fortune collecting books and studying different sources of magic. In the present time, they are best known for their knowledge of rokian magic. Ever since the rokians disappeared, they continued to research their findings, though it's not needed much anymore.

Because of the family's wealth and popularity, it can, unfortunately, be targeted by thieves. As of late, many carriages coming in and out of Limadia's road have been ambushed from those hiding in Taleena Hills. The current owner, Aen Vidwal carries a carefree spirit and only truly becomes angry when it affects those working for him.
