A bustling town with a lot of shops and plenty of room to walk. Penacha is best remembered for being a sister city to Dyara. The two sister cities were within several miles of each other and had a lot of the same goals and likeness.

Ever since rokians destroyed Dyara, the surviving residents moved to Penacha and left their city in ruins. Because of that along with the passage of time, Penacha grew tremendously. Its goals include making living easier and growing into an even bigger city, perhaps rivaling that of Dunverhart one day.
